“It’s great to see the Camp still attracting some of Victoria’s most talented riders,” Sport & Rider Development Manager Mark Vallance said.
“It will be great to work with another group of elite riders and to see them grow, just like the class of 2015 are currently showing,” lead coach Chris Gray said.
“We have a good mix of disciplines this year, riders from MX, Enduro, Dirt Track, Road Race and also our first Speedway rider will attend the Camp,” Chris added.
The guest presenters for the Elite Rider Training Camp are headlined by Stephen Mion and Lee Hogan, both returning to offer their assistance for the Camp.
“The level of professionalism and knowledge these two guys bring each year is fantastic and it is a pleasure to work with them once again,” Mark said.
Behind the scenes of the Training Camp, Shannons have come on board as a sponsor and the Parkview Hotel have committed to a multi-year deal to keep hosting the Camp until 2018.
“It’s great to have Shannons on board this year and I can’t thank them enough! It’s also very good news for all riders that the Parkview Hotel is committing to hosting the Camp for the next three years,” Mark said.
The 2016 MV Elite Rider Training Camp is due to take place from September 19-21 at the Parkview Hotel. Details are being finalised and a greater introduction to the 2016 class will take place in the near future.
Congratulations to the selected riders!
