Motorcycling Victoria is pleased to announce that, for the third year running, Chris Gray will be leading the Elite Rider Training Camp to take place in September.
“It’s great to be a part of the Elite Training Camp again as I have seen the results in the field,” Chris said.
“Going to many race tracks and seeing what our riders are doing now is awesome. Some have gone from being a good middle pack rider to a podium finisher at most events.”
Sport Development & Events Manager Mark Vallance is pleased to have Chris on board once again.
“To have Chris agree to be involved again is great for us and great for the riders. I’m a big believer in consistency and continuity and being able to work with Chris again is helping me deliver that,” Mark said.
“He is the perfect person to lead the way during the Training Camp. He responds and works well with our guest presenters and they (and more importantly, the riders) with him.”
Chris is certain that the Elite Rider Training Camp can provide riders with that little something extra that can see them improve and reach the next level.
“It is sometimes the little things that make a difference and this Camp teaches up-and-coming riders about all the 1% changes that can be the difference between a first and a fifth.” Chris said.
“We’ve had so many success stories from the Camp so far and I look forward to working with the new riders to show them what they are capable of.”
The MV Elite Rider Training Camp is due to take place during the first week of the September school holidays.
There is an Expression of Interest form open now , which closes on Monday, May 2.
Only those riders who complete the EOI form will be sent an Application Form to complete for the chance to be selected for the Training Camp.
