Administration Officer
Permanent part time position
8 -16 hours per week
The Broadford State Motorcycle Sports Complex is seeking an Administration officer. The position will be worked between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm – some flexibility is available around these times to fit in with your lifestyle.
The Administration officer will report to the Complex Manager and will be responsible for administration duties including but not limited to:
- reception, including answering telephone calls and emails
- manage complex bookings
- organising event officials
- filing and photocopying
- maintaining records & invoicing
The successful applicant should have experience with the following, however this is not essential as training can be provided:
- Experience with MYOB
- Experience with the Motorcycling Sport in Victoria
- Level 2 officials licence from Motorcycling Australia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Administrative experience
- Be able to work as part of our team
Road Race Event Coordinator/Clerk of Course
Permanent part time position
30 days per year – 20 of these days on weekends
The Broadford State Motorcycle Sports Complex is seeking a Road Race Event Coordinator/Clerk of Course to run ride days on the bitumen Road Race Circuit. The position will be worked between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm on the designated days.
The Road Race Event Coordinator/Clerk of Course will report to the Administrator Officer and Event Steward and will be responsible for duties including but not limited to:
- Inform and instruct Operational Officials
- Inspect the venue
- Ensure Operational Officials carry out duties fully and effectively
- Reporting
The successful applicant should have experience with the following, however this is not essential as training can be provided:
Experience with the Motorcycling Sport, preferably Road race
- Level 2 officials license from Motorcycling Australia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work as part of our team
